Payment by Invoice
A seasonal pitch at the caravan area can be booked for either the summer or winter season. Seasonal pitches are sold online, but if you wish to pay by invoice, the reservation can also be made through our sales service at myynti@ruka.fi.
If the reservation is made through the sales service and invoice payment is selected, payment is due according to the following terms:
For winter seasonal pitches, an advance payment of 1/3 is due within 14 days of booking, with the remaining two payments due on 31 July and 15 September.
Summer seasonal pitches are invoiced with a 14-day payment term.
From September onwards, any available seasonal pitches must be paid in full within 14 days of booking. If the reservation is invoiced, a €20 invoicing fee will be added to the first invoice.
Accepted Payment Methods
No invoicing fee is charged for reservations paid through the online store. However, payment is then due in a single installment on the booking date.
When booking online, the following payment methods are available through Paytrail:
- Mobile payment
- Card payment
- Online banking payment
Please note that the due dates for Paytrail invoice and installment payment options differ from those of reservations invoiced through our sales service.
When paying via a payment link, the reservation is due the following day. Available payment methods are:
- Credit card
- Online banking
- Installment payment
A €20 administration fee is charged for payments made via a payment link.
The booking and cancellation terms apply equally regardless of the payment method chosen.

Season spots for summer and winter season can now also be booked online. Please leave your seat request in the comment field on the contact page. Please note, however, that there are limited places available, which is why we cannot guarantee that the place requests will be fulfilled. Vacant seasonal places can also be inquired through the sales service: myynti@ruka.fi.
