Ruka Caravan

The reservation starts at 13:00 and ends at 12:00. The area has a door code system that allows access to the area and the maintenance building. The reservation-specific code and caravan spot number will be sent by text message on the morning of the day of arrival. Do not give the code to outsiders. Separate registration at the reception is not required.

Reservations of daily and weekly places only via the link below. The places are located on the gravel and sand field on different sides of the caravan area, and you cannot choose a place separately. For bookings of several spots, we cannot guarantee spots next to each other. Get to know the reservation and cancellation conditions for 24-hour places.

In the RukaCaravan area, the price of daily and weekly places includes:

• electricity and personal charges
• use of saunas during general sauna shifts (women's and men's saunas separately)
• maintenance building services

In the caravan area, you can reserve a seasonal spot for either the summer or winter season. Seasonal places are sold online, or if you want to pay for the place by invoice, you can also book it from the sales service: myynti@ruka.fi.

If the reservation is made through the sales service, and the payment method is an invoice, the season spot is due for payment according to the following conditions: 1/3 of the advance payment for the winter season spot is made 14 days after the reservation and the next two payments are made on July 31. and 15.9. Summer season places are billed with a 14-day payment period.

Season spots that are available from September are redeemed within 14 days of booking with a one-time payment. If the reservation is invoiced, we add a €20 billing supplement to the first invoice.

For reservations charged through a payment link or online store, we do not charge an invoicing surcharge, but in this case the payment is due in one part on the day the reservation is made. With payment link, the payment methods are credit card, online banking and partial payment. When booking online, the payment methods are Paytrail's invoice and installment payment methods, mobile payment, card payment, and bank payment. Please note that when booking online, the due dates for the invoice and partial payment options differ from bookings invoiced through the sales service. The booking and cancellation terms and conditions are valid on the same terms, no matter which payment method was chosen.

Season spots for summer 2023 and winter season 2023-2024 can now also be booked online. Please leave your seat request in the comment field on the contact page. Please note, however, that there are limited places available, which is why we cannot guarantee that the place requests will be fulfilled.
