Ruka's fun and games on the slopes offer activities for the whole family throughout the winter season, from December until April. Get to know the daily activities from below. Welcome to the slopes!

Ruka offers fun & games on the slopes for almost every day of the week. Some of the activities are already classics. Holidays and high seasons are full of fun on the slopes, and the weekly program is even more packed with amusement than normally. Check all weekly events from below or from the event calendar.

Free admission to Family Park from 28 November to 4 December 2025. From 5 December onwards, Family Park ticket or a valid lift pass is required.

Snow Racing on Ski Slopes

Snow racing on the slopes of Ruka, slopes numbers 5, 16 and 18, in the evenings from Saturday to Thursday from 7.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. after the slopes have closed for skiers.

Snow racers are available at Piste Rental, prices starting from 17 €/3 hours. You'll need a valid ski pass or Gondola ticket for snow racing, 21 €/2 hours (7.30-9.30 PM).
