Ruka-Kuusamo features 180 km of diverse marked mountain bike trails. When combined with the trails of the nearby Hossa and Syöte National Parks, it’s easy to spend your entire holiday exploring new trails.

Ruka Bike Park is the most versatile bike park in Northern Finland. There are several routes of different levels starting from the top of Ruka, some of which are easy flow trails suitable for beginners, in addition to that there are more challenging flow trails and trail-like technical routes.

Bike Park has four lifts for bikers: Village-2-Valley Gondola, Village-Express chair lift, Vuosselin Kulma anchor lift and Family Park carpet lift.

Bike hire companies in Ruka-Kuusamo provide high-quality rental e-bikes, e-fatbikes, fatbikes, mountain bikes with either full suspension or more traditional front suspension as well as all the equipment a biker could possibly need. We also have bikes for kids. We recommend booking in advance.
