This tour is just 10 minutes from Ruka centre, leading you into serene forests and peaceful trails. Surrounded by winter’s charm, you’ll enjoy breathtaking scenery, a warm drink, and a refreshing escape into nature.

This snowshoe hike takes us to the most beautiful part of Kuusamo and Oulanka national park, The little bears trail. We will hike next to the river Kitka with snowshoes and see the famous Myllykoski old mill next to the roaring waters. This winter scenery will surely take your breath away. Hiking distance is about 4-5 kms and during the program we will have a coffee break with sandwiches.

Yoga with reindeer in an authentic reindeer farm. Enjoy well-being in nature, learn reindeer asanas and about reindeer. Visit our handicraft workshop and farm shop.

Guided snowshoeing hike on the most popular day trail in Ruka-Kuusamo area. Admire the unique winter sights of Oulanka National Park on this 10 km loop, enjoying a picnic lunch by a campfire during the hike.

Wilderness Lunch is an immersive three-course culinary experience. Relax and watch as the cooking process unfolds around the fire, while our wilderness chef treats you to the finest local wild foods.

Evening snowshoeing trip in Oulanka National Park's wintery scenery, under the starry sky. If we are lucky, we might see the magical Northern Lights. A hot drink is served during the excursion.

Duration 2 h. Price 79 €/person, 49 €/child 6–12 yrs. This adventure is available during 5.12.2025-3.4.20265, snow conditions permitting.

This safari takes you through forests and frozen lakes to meet & feet reindeer and to enjoy a 1.5 km reindeer ride. Snowmobiling in total 40 km. Trip includes snack break at the farm.
