Finnish Winter Holidays, week 10 - 2027

Snow racing on the slopes of Ruka, slopes numbers 5, 16 and 18, in the evenings from Saturday to Thursday from 7.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. after the slopes have closed for skiers.

Snow racers are available at Piste Rental, prices starting from 17 €/3 hours. You'll need a valid ski pass or Gondola ticket for snow racing, 21 €/2 hours (7.30-9.30 PM).

Experience the thrill of skiing at night time! Night skiing is possible on Fridays, 7 p.m.–11 p.m., from the 5th of December 2025 until the 10th of April 2026.

A ski area for the whole family and beginners. Six magic carpets, a tubing hill, a playground, and a log hut with an outdoor fireplace.

Free admission to Family Park from 28 November to 4 December 2025. From 5 December onwards, Family Park ticket or a valid lift pass is required.

Welcome to Ruka Coaster – over 750 metres of winding track and speeds of up to 40 km/h. Open daily from 11 June. Please note that the ride may be closed in poor weather. During busy periods the queue may close around an hour before closing time. See opening hours, prices and more below.
