Rosa & Rudolf Family Park is Finland's biggest snow park area for families with children and for beginners.
In the Family Park, going up has been made easy with the power of six magic carpets. The slopes are easy and suitable for practicing the first turns. The area is also suitable for those without skis, thanks to the tubing hill and the playground. You don't have to go far to have a break, as you can eat your own snacks in the Family Park's lightful and warm break room, and the spacious sun terrace is nice for grilling sausages. The Ski Bistro restaurant next door is an easy lunch spot for the whole family.

Rosa & Rudolf Family Park has a total of six magic carpets, 20 m, 30 m, 50 m, 50 m, 80 m, and 115 meters long.
You can ride a snow-made chute in the tubing area with an inflatable tyre. The tubing tyres and helmets are available for all with a valid ski pass or the Family Park pass.
In the playground area, you will find for example a cable car, a bird nest swing, climbing frames, and a playground slide. You can also find a skiing carousel suitable for small children in Family Park.
The ski area reserved for skiers has padded slalom sticks and ski-through gates.
Family Park tickets
- Free entry to Rosa & Rudolf Family Park with a valid lift ticket
- Without a lift ticket Family Park day ticket is 14 €/day (children from 5 years old and adults)
- Family Park + gondola day ticket 22,5 €/child (5–11 years), 26 €/youth (12–17 years), student or senior (over 65 years), 28,5 € /adult.
- Free entry to the Family Park for children under five years old
You can buy Family Park day tickets and Family Park + gondola tickets at all ticket offices in Ruka, webstores and ticket machines.
Children under the age of 6 with a helmet on have free access to all lifts and Rosa & Rudolf Family Park when accompanied by their caretaker with a valid ski pass. The parents/caretakers of children under the age of 6 can redeem a Rosa & Rudolf ticket free of charge at the ticket office by presenting their valid Ruka or Ruka Pyhä ski pass (not a Family Park area ticket).
