How to register for Premium park?

Contact sales@ruka.fi to book Premium Park – You can book training + accommodation packages through us, or just the training sessions.

 
 

Training timetables & Prices

Training sessions are divided into morning (9:30–13:00) and evening (15:30–19:00) slots, with a maximum of 130 riders per week, split into two groups with a maximum of 65 riders per slot.

Each week includes seven 3.5-hour training sessions in Ruka Premium Park.

Training sessions are sold in 7-day blocks with a standard price for
520 € / week / athlete. 

Note: Price includes access to Premium Park sessions only, lift ticket/season pass not included.

If the same athlete books more than one week, each additional week is 500 €.

Payment, cancellation and refund policies

Payment 

The invoice is due 30 days before the start of the training period.
 

Cancellation and refund policy

100% refund: if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the start of the training period

50% refund: if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the start of the training period

No refund: If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the start of the training period 
– in case of late arrivals or early departures (delayed arrival or early departure does not entitle to a refund)

If the cancellation less than 14 days before the training period is due to injury, the customer must ensure that their travel or accident insurance covers the training costs. Cancellations must be reported to the Sales Office immediately.
 

Please note that lift/slope closures due to weather conditions do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.

Additional terms

Coaches and other team members enter the Premium Park free of charge, but all coaches and team members require a valid lift ticket.
One (1) coach is entitled to a free lift ticket / season pass for every eight (8) purchased training lift ticket / season pass. 

Lift/slope closures due to weather conditions do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.
 

Accommodation 


Payment

Advance payment for accommodation (1/3) is due 14 days after the reservation is made. The final payment (2/3) for accommodation is due 30 days before the accommodation starts . This part will be charged together with the lift ticket and training fee. 


Booking and cancellation terms and conditions

Changes to accommodation bookings can be made as follows: Change can be made no later than one week (7 days) prior to the start of the booking period with the following conditions: Change fee of 46 € will be charged if change is made to payment method, period or accommodation type within payment, booking and cancellation terms. Change fee will not be charged from additional services (for example extra nights). If a change is made for a more expen-sive period or accommodation type, the customer shall pay price difference.

What’s included in a Premium Park Session pass?

  • Access to a specially prepared park area open exclusively for Premium Park pass holders
  • Custom setup  
  • Support from the Ruka Park crew in preparation and maintenance. Shaping and grooming are performed each morning and afternoon before training begins, and manual park shapers are available during sessions.


    Not included: 

  • Lift ticket/season pass, accommodation

Do coaches or support staff need their own Premium Park passes?

No. Coaches, media and other support staff enter the Premium Park free of charge but must hold a valid lift ticket or season pass. Coaches are responsible for the safety and behaviour of their athletes in the park.

One coach will receive a free lift ticket/season pass for every eight (8) purchased training season passes/lift tickets. 

Is the park open to the public during the sessions?

No. During Premium Park Sessions, the park is exclusively reserved for registered riders with a valid Premium Park Pass. This ensures safe training conditions and a focused atmosphere for athletes and teams.  

Is there a limit to the number of participants per week?

Yes. To maintain safety and quality training conditions, we limit the number of riders to 65 per session, for a total of 130 per week. We recommend booking early to secure your spot.

How can I book accommodation with the Premium Park deal?

To book accommodation, please get in touch with sales@ruka.fi . Once we receive your registration, Ruka Sales will contact you to confirm the details and finalise your booking. 

Is there a meal package available?

Meal packages are not included by default, but some accommodation options (e.g. Ski-Inn apartments or partner hotels) may offer half-board (breakfast and dinner). We can help you arrange meals for your group upon request.

Can I film or take photos in the park?

Yes, filming and photography are allowed for personal use. Professional or commercial shoots must be approved in advance by Ruka Ski Resort and may require additional permissions. What happens in case of bad weather?

The park is open weather permitting. In case of high winds or heavy snow, maintenance or delays may occur. In case of high winds or thunderstorms, lift operations may be temporarily suspended for safety reasons. Safety is our priority, and updates are provided daily through Ruka’s communication channels.

What activities are available outside the slopes?

Ruka offers a variety of activities to enjoy after training:

Ruka Gym: A well-equipped gym located in the village center. You can purchase a pass online in advance for flexible access.

Kuusamo Sports Hall: A large indoor sports facility located about 25 minutes from Ruka, offering gym, services, ball sports courts, trampoline and more.

Other options: Base Eat & Heat and Ruka Tonttu for outdoor winter swimming
