RukaValley28 Studio room has two beds and an extra bed for a child underneath the bed. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and a coffee machine. After an active day, you can relax in the warmth of your private sauna.
The hotel has a clothing maintenance room with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as ironing facilities available.
In this apartment type, there are a limited number of pet rooms available. To check pet room availability, please choose the option Travelling with a pet (on the right-hand column). Pets are accommodated without extra charge.
In Ruka Ski-Inn apartments, you can sort and recycle biowaste, plastic, glass, metal, paper and cardboard. All the Ruka Resort apartment buildings have a waste collection point with separate waste containers. Your holiday at Ruka Ski-Inn Resort is environmental-friendly. The energy we use is 100% renewable, and we heat with ecological wood chips. Your day out on the ski slope will not increase your carbon footprint, either, because Ruka Ski Resort is carbon-neutral in energy use.
The hotel has two restaurants for its guests. Camp Kitchen & Bar serves experiences from breakfast to dinner but is also open for a coffee or a cocktail. In the hotel’s proximity, you can also find the K-Market RukaValley grocery store and Valley Rental Shop. Opening hours according to season.
We want to guarantee a good night’s sleep for all our guests, which is why our Ski-Inn apartments have quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

RukaValley has an exceptional location in eastern Ruka, between Valtavaara Nature Reserve and the slopes. The Vuosseli ski trails and Valtavaara hiking routes are also on your very doorstep. Along the Karhunkierros route, you can hike all the way to Oulanka National Park. In terms of location, Hotel RukaValley is ideal for families with children – Rosa & Rudolf Family Park and family slopes are only a few steps away. SkiBistro services are very close, and the distance to the nearest ski trail cafe is suitable even for the smallest ones.
From RukaValley, the Village-2-Valley scenic gondola will take you to the Ruka village restaurants and services in just eight minutes. The scenic gondola takes skiers, walkers and cyclists to the top of Ruka tunturi and all the way to the other side of the fell all year round. The Village-2-Valley gondola is accessible by wheelchair and pushchair. Pets are also welcome.
