Ruka-Kuusamo Tourism has approximately 150 member companies. Communication with members takes place via the Howspace workspace, through which we can also easily share event-related information with local stakeholders.
A dedicated event page can also be created within the workspace for larger events, where updates related to the progress of the event can be communicated in a closed environment.
Push notifications can also be sent to members via the workspace, meaning the message content is also delivered by email, which helps increase its effectiveness. This has been used, for example, when an event wants to offer ticket benefits to member companies—this is an easy way to target the message specifically to members.
