Special holiday weeks for families with kids are full of activities. Ruka offers a great setting for many kinds of outdoor activities. The best slope activities available for children are, of course, Family Park, new Mini Ruka and Ruka Park Junior and Rudolf’s Adventure Trail. In addition, there are many nice spots for winter activities and snow fun!
Family Park offers a great setting to start learning downhill skiing and snowboarding - easy slopes and easy lifts. An illuminated and covered magic carpet lift is guaranteed to appeal to children! The Family Park also has a cozy break room in a cottage for eating your own snacks and even frying sausages. In addition, there is a tubing hill, suitable for both children and adults. The slopes entertain the whole family – there is a weekly program from Monday to Saturday, for both small and older children. Adults can participate of course!
