Renovated in 2021, RukaVillage94 has a living room, kitchen and 6-person dining area, as well as three separate bedrooms with twin beds. In the living room area, the sofa bed can be used as an extra bed for 1‒2 persons free of charge. The apartment has a private sauna department and balcony, as well as two separate WCs, one of them in the master bedroom.
Ski-Inn reception is at the hotel's street level.
The apartment's storage facilities are specially designed for winter sports enthusiasts. All the apartments also have a separate ski locker, and a ski maintenance room is also available in the hotel's common area. You can park your car in the heated parking garage (320 places, parking fee). Free outdoor parking lots are available at Kelo and Stadion.
In Ruka Ski-Inn apartments, you can sort and recycle biowaste, plastic, glass, metal, paper and cardboard. All Ruka Ski Resort's apartment buildings have a waste collection point with separate waste containers. Your holiday at Ruka Ski Resort is environmental-friendly. The energy we use is 100% renewable, and we heat with ecological wood chips. Your day out on the ski slope won't increase your carbon footprint, as Ruka Ski Resort lifts run on renewable energy.
This room type includes one pet-friendly room. If you wish to book a pet-friendly room, please contact our sales service or reception. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a pet-friendly room online.
We want to guarantee a good night’s sleep for all our guests, which is why our Ski-Inn apartments have quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Please note that in summer 2025, Kuusamon Energia- ja Vesiosuuskunta (EVO) will carry out pipe and equipment relocations in Ruka Village due to the construction of the new Arina hotel project. The worksite may affect traffic and parking in the area. Read more here.

RukaVillage apartments are located in Ruka village. To the east, the apartments have a view to the central square and Front slopes. To the west, the apartments overlook the peaceful nature of Kuusamo, all the way up to lake Kitkajärvi. In the close proximity of the hotel, there are several restaurants, including Colorado Bar & Grill, that serves that serves breakfast at additional price. From the shopping centre Kumpare, you’ll find shops, restaurants, bowling hall and gym.
Getting to the winter slopes and the x-country ski trails couldn’t be easier – the Front slopes and Talvijärvi slope are the closest ones. Village-2-Valley scenic gondola will take you directly to the other side of the Ruka fell, Rosa & Rudolf Family Park and Saarua slopes. The gondola is accessible by wheelchair and pushchair. Pets are also welcome. During the summer season, the gondola provides an easy access to the biking and hiking trails and Valtavaara Nature Reserve.
