Parking is available either in the paid parking hall, which also has charging stations for electric cars – or alternatively at the free parking areas near Kelo slopes or Ruka Stadium.

You will receive the key code and apartment number by text message on the morning of your arrival. If there are payments or additional services agreed to be settled on site, you will receive the key code once the payment is completed. There is no need to check in or out at the reception. Upon departure, simply hang the "Ready to Clean" sign on the door handle.

The Ski-Inn RukaSuites apartments are located in connection with the Kumpare Shopping Center, where you will also find crocery store K-Market Rukankylä, restaurants, Ruka Gym, and Ruka Brand Village under the same roof. Just a few steps away are the Piste Rental Shop, ski slopes, and the Village-2-Valley scenic gondola, which takes you to the other side of the fell, including Rosa & Rudolf Family Park.
The apartment is equipped with made beds for two people as well as towels, and linens for the additional beds are available in the closet. Final cleaning is included in the accommodation price. We only ask you to take care of the dishes and garbage before departure. You can check the apartment-specific equipment here.
The ski storage for A & B apartments is located on the 1st floor (at the right-hand end of the building when viewed from the front). Each apartment has its own ski locker with a combination lock. The code for the ski locker can be found in the same text message as your apartment door code.
The ski maintenance room is located in the parking hall (P-floor) at the end of the building on the side of RukaSuites A & B apartments. The ski storage and ski maintenance room for C & D apartments are located on the 2nd floor (street level). When using the maintenance room, please clean up after yourself.
You can lock your bicycle in the parking hall with your own lock. Storing bicycles on the apartment balconies or indoors is not allowed.

Accommodation in a RukaVillage30 room includes breakfast. Breakfast vouchers can be collected from reception. During the winter season, breakfast is served at Restaurant Colorado on the 1st floor of the hotel in Building A, and during the summer and autumn seasons at Scandic Rukahovi.
Other hotel guests can purchase breakfast from reception for an additional fee. Please note that restaurant opening hours may be limited during the summer and autumn – check breakfast availability at reception.
The RukaVillage apartments are located in the heart of Ruka Village. The hotel has several restaurants, such as Colorado Bar & Grill, RUOK Burger and Hanki Bar. In the nearby Kumpare Shopping Center, you will find additional services: a grocery store, restaurants, a bowling alley, and a gym. Just a few steps away are the Piste Rental Shop, the slopes, and the Village-2-Valley scenic gondola, which takes you to the other side of the fell, including Rosa & Rudolf Family Park.
Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. We only ask you to take care of the dishes and garbage before departure. If you need an extra bed, linens are available in the closet and the bed can be made using the sofa in the living area. Towels are provided for everyone. The ski storage and maintenance room for building A are located on the basement floor, while the ski storage and maintenance rooms for B & C apartments are located on the 1st floor of building B. Each apartment has its own ski locker with a combination lock. The code for the ski locker can be found in the same text message as your apartment door code. When using the maintenance room, please clean up after yourself.
You can lock your bicycle in the parking hall with your own lock. Storing bicycles on the apartment balconies or indoors is not allowed.

Each apartment has one designated parking space with an engine heater pole marked with the apartment number, either next to the apartment or in a shared parking area. Charging electric cars from the heater pole is prohibited. The nearest charging stations for electric cars are located in the Ruka parking hall. The apartments are located just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Lake Talvijärvi, and it’s only about a 400-meter walk to Ruka Village services and nature experiences.
In Ruka Village, you will find a wide range of services: including a grocery store, restaurants, specialty shops, a bowling alley, and a gym. The nearest ticket sales point and equipment rental is Piste Rental in Ruka Village.
The apartment comes with beds made for two people. Towels and bed linens for other beds can be found in the closet. Final cleaning is included in the accommodation price; we only ask you to take care of the dishes and garbage before departure. You can check the apartment-specific equipment here.
The outdoor storage is located right next to the entrance. You can store skis, sleds, and other outdoor equipment in the storage. The firewood storage is located under the stairs. Note! For building D, the firewood storage is located under the stairs of building C. The key to the storage and firewood shed can be found in the hallway.
Ski maintenance rooms for AurinkoRinne49 apartments are located in building C (entrance on the left side of the building when viewed from the parking area) and in building N (entrance on the upper slope side at the right end). The ski maintenance room for AurinkoRinne33&55 apartments is located in the basement of building Q, entrance on the upper slope side at the left end.
In front of the building, there are metal hooks where you can lock your bicycle with your own lock. Storing bicycles on the apartment balconies or indoors is not allowed.

From the doorstep you have direct access to the Talvijärvi slope, anchor lift, and ski tracks. Ruka Village services are about 400 meters away on foot and approximately 2.4 kilometers by car.

Ski-Inn RukaTonttu has a shared ski maintenance room and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
The outdoor/firewood storage is located right next to the entrance. You can store skis, sleds, and other outdoor equipment there. Firewood for the fireplace is also stored in the same space. The key to the storage is in the hallway. Each building (A, B & C) has its own ski maintenance room in the basement, with an entrance (via door code) on the lake side. When using the maintenance room, please clean up after yourself.

The MastonAitio cabins are located on the eastern side of Ruka, right next to the Masto slopes. During the winter season, the nearest SkiBus stop is within walking distance from the cabin. The nearest Masto slopes, anchor lifts, and the Välirinteet sledding hill can be reached on foot, and the Family Park area for the whole family is about two kilometers away, along the SkiBus route.

If breakfast is included in your accommodation, you can collect your breakfast card upon arrival at the Ski-Inn reception. Breakfast can also be purchased separately at the restaurant. Breakfast is served daily in CAMP Kitchen & Bar from 08:00 to 10:00.
The slopes are right at your doorstep at Ski-Inn RukaValley, and you can hop on the Village-2-Valley scenic gondola right in front of the hotel. From RukaValley, just a few steps take you to Rosa & Rudolf Family Park and other slope areas. The hotel also houses a K-Market and the Valley Rental Shop.
Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. We only kindly ask you to take care of the dishes and trash before departure. If you need an extra bed, linen is available in the closet and the bed can be made from the sofa in the living area. Towels are also provided for everyone.
All Ski-Inn RukaValley apartments have their own sauna. Guests also have access to a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing station. You can check the apartment-specific equipment on our website.
The ski storage and ski maintenance room are located on the 1st floor of the hotel, with entrance from outside. Each apartment has its own ski locker with a combination lock. You will find the ski locker code in the same text message as your apartment door code. RukaValley Family apartments have ski storage in a private lockable storage box on the terrace; the key can be found in the apartment.
Bicycles can be stored in the Ski-Inn RukaValley bicycle storage. Please bring your own lock. Storing bicycles on balconies or inside the apartments is prohibited.
The airport transfer from Kuusamo Airport to Ruka must be purchased in advance, no earlier than 1 month and no later than 24 hours before the transfer. The airport bus operates with advance reservations for Finnair, Edelweiss, Eurowings, and Lufthansa flights. Tickets can be purchased on Matkahuolto’s website.
