Ruka Brand Store – Loyalty customer DRAW RULES AND CONDITIONS
The organizer of the Ruka Ski Resort Loyalty Customer Draw is Rukakeskus Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). You can participate in the draw until November 28, 2025, at the Ruka Brand Store in Helsinki.
PARTICIPATION
You can participate in the draw on the Organizer’s designated draw website. Participation is only allowed using your own email address, which must be valid. Each person may enter the draw once. Participation requires joining Ruka’s loyalty program or already being a member.
The Organizer is not responsible for entries that do not arrive due to technical reasons, or for incomplete, inappropriate, or illegible responses.
The draw is open to residents of Finland aged 18 or over. Employees of the Organizer and its partners involved in arranging the draw are not eligible to participate.
The last day to participate is November 28, 2025, at 18:00, unless otherwise stated. The Organizer reserves the right to change the schedule for justified reasons. If the draw is terminated early, prizes will be drawn among those who participated before the termination.
PRIZES AND PRIZE CONDITIONS
Among all those who fill out the form at Ruka Brand Store, the grand prize will be a 4-night accommodation and 3-day lift passes at Ruka for 1–4 people.
- The grand prize includes accommodation for 4 nights in a Ruka Ski-Inn apartment and 3-day lift passes for the group during the stay, up to four (4) people in total.
- Lift passes must be valid during the same period as the accommodation.
- The winner may choose the accommodation and timing from the Ski-Inn apartments listed below, subject to the following conditions:
- Availability of RukaSuites43, RukaSuites55, AurinkoRinne33, AurinkoRinne49, AurinkoRinne55, RukaTonttu43, RukaTonttu51, RukaVillage30, RukaValley28 lux/Studio, RukaValley32 family, and Parkside apartments is limited. Booking is possible only if the apartment is available. If the winner chooses a 2-person hotel room (RukaVillage30, RukaValley28 Lux, or Studio), a maximum of 2 persons may stay. Breakfast is not included.
- The prize must be used between December 8, 2025, and May 4, 2026, excluding the following dates:
- December 22, 2025 – January 2, 2026, February 17 – March 9, 2026, and April 17–21, 2026.
- The grand prize draw will take place on December 1, 2025. The winner (hereinafter the "Winner") will be notified personally by email to the address provided by the participant. If the winner cannot be reached via email or other contact details by December 8, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., the unclaimed prize will be forfeited and a new draw will be conducted.
Unused prizes or parts thereof will not be compensated, and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another time. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage resulting from participation, receipt, or use of the prize. The prize does not include transportation to Ruka. Prize cannot be combined with other discounts or benefits.
The Organizer will pay the statutory lottery tax on the prizes.
OTHER TERMS
The Organizer is responsible for the content of the draw. The Organizer is not liable for any problems caused by third parties, such as issues with internet connections or technical changes or interruptions in social media services (e.g. Facebook).
Participation requires acceptance of these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules. The draw and its rules are governed by Finnish law, excluding provisions related to the choice of law. Any ambiguities related to the application or interpretation of the rules will be resolved by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person who has violated these rules or is suspected of using dishonest means to participate.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Organizer may send participants information related to the draw by email as described in this promotion. The targeting of such emails may be based on the participant’s information, selections, or actions — for example, whether they opened a link or not.
