The tourism operators in Juuma and Säkkilä villages are once again creating a unique festival day, where we travel from one event to another on rafts in the true Juuma style.
Jump on board a musical journey, with a band and artist lineup that you are sure to find your own: there is music from all walks of life, from heavy metal to gentle melodies. At the event venues on the shores of Juuma and Ajakka lakes, you will also enjoy delicious festival menus and refreshments.

Our festival day on Saturday, July 26th starts at the starting point of the Pieni Karhunkierros day trail at the end of Juumantie, hosted by Retkietappi and Ala-Juuma Camping. We'll start with the Kitka Open Jams concept, where everyone has the opportunity to sign up in advance or on site and participate in the music making with or without our house band at a low threshold. By early summer, a performer (still in the planning stage) will also be confirmed. After the set, it's time to take a ride on rubber rafts to the opposite shore of Lake Juumajärvi.

The performances will continue in the scenery of Basecamp Oulanka along the Pienen Karhunkierros trail near Myllykoski, where The Koskiset takes listeners on a journey through time to the world of Finnish and international rock from the 70s and 80s. The show exudes nostalgia, leather jackets and electric guitars.After their gig, it's time to jump on the rafts again and paddle towards our next destination.

At Juuma camping area Rain Will Fall takes the stage - expect everything from rock music classics to today's hits. From Juuma, you will be transported by car to the festival's final destination.

Our final festival venue is at Ajakka, where the local heavy metal band Metalstain, who were very popular at last year's festival, will once again play a solid set.
Each venue will offer its own festival menu, which includes delicious food and refreshing drinks to match the different tastes. And if the hot atmosphere makes you sweat, you can always take a dip in the lake to cool off.
The festival ticket (€40) includes all four venues and transportation between them. You can also buy a ticket for €60 that includes transportation from Ruka (departure from Ruka at 12:30 PM and return from Ajakka at around 10:15 PM).
