MastonAitio cottages are designed to meet the needs of active skiing families. The functional apartment has three bedrooms: two downstairs and one upstairs. In the living room area, the sofa bed can be used as an extra bed for 1‒2 persons free of charge. A well-equipped kitchen, separate WC, and private sauna provide a smooth vacation. Every apartment has a ski locker by the entrance.
Living is easy, as the towels, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are always included in the price.
In Ruka Ski-Inn apartments, you can sort and recycle biowaste, plastic, glass, metal, paper and cardboard. All Ruka Ski Resort's apartment buildings have a waste collection point with separate waste containers. Your holiday at Ruka Ski Resort is environmental-friendly. The energy we use is 100% renewable, and we heat with ecological wood chips. Your day out on the ski slope won't increase your carbon footprint, as Ruka Ski Resort lifts run on renewable energy.
This apartment type has a limited number of pet rooms available. To check pet room availability, please choose the option "Travelling with a pet" (on the right-hand column). Pets are accommodated without extra charge.
We want to guarantee a good night’s sleep for all our guests, which is why our Ski-Inn apartments have quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

MastonAitio cottages are located on the east side of Ruka, right next to the ski resort and Masto slopes. In winter, the closest SkiBus stop is within a walking distance from the cottage. The cottages overlook the ski slopes and Valtavaara fell, and the nearest Masto slopes, T-bar lifts and Välirinne tobogganing slope are close by. The distance to the Family Park family slope area is about two kilometres, and it is along the SkiBus route. At the Masto peak, Juhannuskallio nature reserve area provides a winter wonderland with frozen, snow-covered trees just a short walk away. During the summer season, the nearest lifts in use are Village-2-Valley scenic gondola and a t-bar which take you easily to the biking and hiking trails.
