The Parkside apartments are compact yet surprisingly spacious studios for two guests, with the couch and an extra bed option above, for up to four guests. The layout is designed for ease and comfort: a well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds, and a fresh, clean interior with a relaxed Nordic feel.
Ruka Parkside offers everything essential for an active holiday – everything you need, without the unnecessary extras. When your goal is to get straight to the slopes, trails, or nature, this is the perfect place to stay. The location couldn’t be easier – slopes, ski tracks and nature are all right beside you. All other holiday services are close by in Ruka Valley and just a gondola ride away in Ruka Village.

This apartment type has a limited number of pet rooms available. To check pet room availability, please choose the option "Travelling with a pet" (on the right-hand column). Pets are accommodated without extra charge.

In Parkside apartments, you can sort and recycle biowaste, plastic, glass, metal, paper and cardboard. All Ruka Ski Resort's apartment buildings have a waste collection point with separate waste containers. Your holiday at Ruka Ski Resort is environmentally friendly. The energy we use is 100% renewable, and we heat with ecological wood chips. Your day out on the ski slope won't increase your carbon footprint, as Ruka Ski Resort lifts run on renewable energy.

We want to guarantee a good night’s sleep for all our guests, which is why our Parkside apartments have quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
