RULES AND TERMS OF THE RAFFLE
The loyalty customer season pass raffle (hereinafter referred to as "raffle") is organized by Rukakeskus Oy (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"). Participation in the raffle is possible from September 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025, via the Ruka loyalty account.
PARTICIPATION
Participants can enter the raffle by completing the entry form available in their Ruka account. Participation is allowed only with a valid personal email address. A valid email address is required to participate. Each individual may participate in the raffle once.
The Organizer is not responsible for entries that do not reach them due to technical issues or for incomplete, inappropriate, or illegible submissions.
The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in Finland who have an active Ruka loyalty membership. Employees of the Organizer and its partners who have been involved in organizing the raffle are not eligible to participate.
The final deadline for participation is October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM, unless otherwise stated. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule for justified reasons. If the raffle is prematurely terminated, prizes will be awarded among entries received until the termination.
PRIZES AND PRIZE CONDITIONS
The prize for the season pass raffle is one (1) Ruka season pass for the winter season 2025-2026.
The raffle will take place on November 3, 2025. The winner (hereinafter referred to as "Winner") will be notified personally via the email address provided. If the Winner cannot be reached via email or other provided contact details by 12:00 PM on November 12, 2025, the unclaimed prize will be voided, and a new raffle will be conducted.
Unused prizes or portions thereof will not be compensated, and prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or rescheduled. The Organizer is not responsible for any damages arising from participation in the raffle, receipt, or use of the prize. The prize does not include transportation to Ruka.
The Organizer will pay the statutory lottery tax on the prize.
OTHER TERMS
The Organizer is responsible for the content of the raffle. The Organizer is not liable for problems caused by third parties, such as internet connection issues or technical changes or interruptions in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook).
Participation requires acceptance of these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules. Finnish law, excluding its choice of law provisions, governs the rules and their application. Any ambiguities regarding the interpretation or application of the rules will be resolved by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify individuals from the raffle who violate these rules or are suspected of using dishonest means to participate.
The Organizer does not act as a travel organizer.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Organizer may send participants information related to the raffle via email as described in the raffle process. Criteria for targeting emails may include information, choices, or actions provided or taken by the participant, such as opening or not opening a link.
