RULES AND TERMS FOR THE RUKA.FI VISITOR SURVEY TICKET DRAW
The organizer of the Ruka Ski Resort Ticket Draw (hereinafter "Draw") is Rukakeskus Oy (hereinafter "Organizer"). Participation in the draw is open until March 30, 2025, here.
PARTICIPATION
You can participate in the draw by completing the Ruka.fi visitor survey and selecting the "I participate in the draw" checkbox at the end of the survey, as well as providing an email address. Participation is only allowed with your own email address. A valid email address is required to participate. Each person may participate in the draw once.
The Organizer is not responsible for participation entries that do not reach them due to technical reasons or for incomplete, inappropriate, or illegible entries.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in Finland. Participants under 18 must have parental consent. Employees of the Organizer and their partners involved in organizing the draw are not eligible to participate.
The last date for participation is March 30, 2025, at 23:59 unless otherwise stated. The Organizer reserves the right to change the schedule for justified reasons. If the draw is terminated early, prizes will be drawn among those who have participated before the termination.
PRIZES AND PRIZE CONDITIONS
By March 30, 2025, five (5) one-day ski lift tickets to Ruka Ski Resort will be drawn among participants. The day tickets are valid until May 4, 2025.
- The draw will take place on March 31, 2025. Winners (hereinafter "Winner") will be personally notified via the email address provided. If the winner cannot be reached by email or other provided contact details by March 8, 2025, at 12:00, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited, and a new draw will be conducted.
Unused prizes or portions thereof will not be compensated, nor can the prize be exchanged for cash or transferred to another date. The Organizer is not responsible for any possible damage resulting from participation, accepting the prize, or using it. The prize does not include transportation to Ruka Ski Resort.
The winner is responsible for paying any statutory lottery tax.
OTHER TERMS
The Organizer is responsible for the content of the draw. The Organizer is not responsible for problems caused by third parties, such as internet connection issues or technical changes or service disruptions in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook).
Participation requires acceptance of these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules. The draw and its rules are subject to Finnish law, excluding conflict of law rules. Any ambiguities regarding the application and interpretation of the rules will be resolved by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who have violated these rules or are suspected of using dishonest means to participate.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Organizer may send participants information related to the draw via email as described in the procedure. The targeting criteria for these emails may be based on the participant's provided information, selection, or actions, such as clicking or not clicking a link.
