GIFT CARD LOTTERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The organizer of Ruka/Pyhä Ski-Inn customer satisfaction survey gift card lottery (hereinafter "Lottery") is Ski-Inn hotels and apartments Oy (hereinafter "Organizer"). You can enter the lottery here:

INVOLVEMENT
You can participate in the lottery via the Organizer's website. Participation is only allowed with your own email address. Participation requires a valid email address. Each person is allowed to participate in the lottery once.
The organizer is not responsible for non-arrival or incomplete, inappropriate, or illegible answers for technical reasons.
Persons living in Finland at least 18 years of age can participate in the draw. Guardian consent is required for those under 18 years of age. Employees of the Organizer and their partners who have participated in the raffle may not participate in the raffle.
The last day to participate is May 3rd at 6:00 PM, unless otherwise stated. The organizer reserves the right to change the schedule for a justified reason. If the draw is terminated prematurely, prizes will be drawn among the participants by the time of suspension.
PRIZE
A Ski-Inn accommodation gift card worth five hundred euros (€500) will be raffled annually among all participants. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of the draw at Ski-Inn destinations in Ruka and Pyhä.
The winner of the prize (hereinafter the “Winner”) will be contacted personally.
PRIZE TERMS
The prize draw will be conducted annually on May 13 to participants who have responded to the feedback survey during the previous year up to May 3 . The winner will be notified of the prize personally via the email address provided by the participant. If the winner cannot be reached by email or by other contact details provided by May 18 at 9:00 AM, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited and a new draw will be conducted.
An unused prize or any part of it will not be compensated, and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another date. The organizer is not liable for any potential damage arising from participation in the draw, acceptance of the prize, or its use. The prize does not include transportation to Ruka.
The organizer will pay the statutory lottery tax on the prize.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The organizer is responsible for the content of the draw. The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by third parties, such as technical changes or interruptions in the connection to the Internet or social services (e.g. Facebook).
Participation is subject to acceptance of these rules. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules. The measure and its rules are governed by Finnish law, with the exception of the rules concerning the choice of law. Any ambiguities related to the application and interpretation of the rules will be resolved by the Organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to reject from the event persons who have violated these rules or who have reason to suspect that they have used dishonest means to participate.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The organizer may send the lottery-related information by e-mail to the participant as described in the procedure. The targeting criterion for sending an e-mail included in the action may be the information provided by the participant, the selection or the action taken, such as opening or not opening the link.
