Up North brings together young people at Rukatunturi, united by a passion for skiing and the latest in music. At the heart of the event are Finland’s most exciting current artists and DJs.

The festival includes three action-packed evenings featuring top artists and DJ performances, held at Rinneravintola Piste. The largest park skiing event in the Nordics – Up North Rail Jam – takes over Ruka Park from Friday to Saturday. Rail Jam includes freestyle ski competitions, delicious hot dogs, and free, all-ages slope live shows! In addition, Ruka’s stunning surroundings offer not only music and skiing, but also a variety of other activities, great food, and relaxation.

Up North Rail Jam serves the hardest rails and most unusual lines in the North. It is a competition open to everyone, set to the rhythm by the artists and DJs of the Up North event! The series is divided according to the participants. There's something to ride for all park fans!
