RukaSuites55 has a very practical layout, and it is ideal for example for families and small groups. The main bedroom beds are all prepared. There are also two separate sleeping alcoves that have a bunk bed with a 80 cm top bed and 120 cm bottom bed. In the kitchenette and living room area, the sofa bed can be used as an extra bed for 1‒2 persons free of charge. The apartment has a private sauna and balcony.
The neighbouring Ski-Inn RukaVillage's reception is at your service at all times. You’ll find the reception at the street level.
The apartment storage facilities are designed specially for winter sports enthusiasts. In the RukaSuites common area, all the apartments have also a separate ski locker, and the ski maintenance room is available for all the residents. You can park your car in the heated parking garage (320 places, parking fee), which has a direct indoor access to the apartments. Free outdoor parking lots are available at Kelo and Stadion.
In Ski-Inn apartments, you can sort and recycle biowaste, plastic, glass, metal, paper and cardboard. All Ruka Ski Resort's apartment buildings have a waste collection point with separate waste containers. Your holiday at Ruka Ski Resort is environmental-friendly. The energy we use is 100% renewable, and we heat with ecological wood chips. Your day out on the ski slope won't increase your carbon footprint, as Ruka Ski Resort lifts run on renewable energy.
This apartment type has a limited number of pet rooms available. To check pet room availability, please choose the option "Travelling with a pet" (on the right-hand column). Pets are accommodated without extra charge.
We want to guarantee a good night’s sleep for all our guests, which is why our Ski-Inn apartments have quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Ski-Inn RukaSuites is located in and connected with the shopping centre Kumpare in Ruka village. In the shopping centre, you’ll find several services: shops, restaurants, bowling hall and gym. The apartments are facing west and overlooking the peaceful nature of Kuusamo, all the way up to Lake Kitkajärvi.
Getting to the winter slopes and the x-country ski trails couldn’t be easier – the Front slopes and Talvijärvi slope are the closest ones. Village-2-Valley scenic gondola will take you directly to the other side of the fell, where you can find RukaValley, Rosa & Rudolf Family Park and Saarua slopes. Village-2-Valley scenic gondola is accessible by wheelchair and pushchair. Pets are welcome, too. The gondola is running also during the summer season with an easy access to the biking and hiking trails and Valtavaara natural reserve area.
