RULES AND CONDITIONS OF THE DRAW
The organizer of the Ruka loyalty program draw (hereinafter referred to as the "Draw") is Rukakeskus Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). The draw can be participated in between May 1st and May 31st, 2024, at the following address: https://www.ruka.fi/en/register and https://campaigns.ruka.fi/en/ruka-bike-park-season-pass-draw.
PARTICIPATION
Participation in the draw is possible through the Organizer's website. Participation is allowed only with one's own email address. Participation requires a valid email address. Each person can participate in the draw once. The draw will be conducted among all participants between May 1st and May 31st, 2024. Participation in the draw can be done by filling out the form on the website or by joining the Ruka loyalty program as a new member.
The Organizer is not responsible for entries that do not arrive due to technical reasons or for incomplete, inappropriate, or illegible responses.
Participants in the draw must be at least 18 years old and residents of Finland. Employees of the Organizer and their partners who have been involved in organizing the draw are not eligible to participate.
The deadline for participation is May 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM, unless otherwise stated. The Organizer reserves the right to change the schedule for justified reasons. If the draw is prematurely interrupted, the prizes will be drawn among those who participated before the interruption.
PRIZE
Ruka Bike Park season passes will be drawn among all participants. Two (2) season passes for the summer of 2024 will be drawn. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
The winners of the prize (hereinafter "Winner") will be contacted personally.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
The prize will be drawn on June 6th, 2024. The winners will be notified personally at the email address provided by the participant. If a winner cannot be reached by email or through the contact information provided by June 10th at 9:00 AM, the unclaimed prize will be voided, and a new draw will be conducted.
Unused prize or its part will not be compensated, and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another time. The Organizer is not liable for any possible damage caused by participation in the action, receiving the prize, or using it. The prize does not include transportation to Ruka.
The Organizer will pay the statutory lottery tax for the prizes.
OTHER CONDITIONS
The Organizer is responsible for the content of the draw. The Organizer is not responsible for problems caused by third parties, such as technical changes or interruptions in internet connection or social media platforms (e.g., Facebook).
Participation requires acceptance of these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the rules. Finnish law, excluding choice of law rules, applies to the action and its rules. Any ambiguities regarding the application and interpretation of the rules will be resolved by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to reject individuals from participating in the action who have violated these rules or who are suspected of using dishonest means to participate.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Organizer may send the participant information related to the draw via email as described in the action. The criterion for sending the email as part of the action may be information provided by the participant, selection, or action taken, such as opening or not opening a link. Rukakeskus Oy reserves the right to make changes.
