Happy Family Activity Centre - with Child Park, Adventure House, Fitness Centre and Bowling Centre - is located in the heart of Ruka.

Kuusamo Sports Center has 2 fitness centres, indoor ball games and other sports, long swimming pool and indoor ice-rink. The hall is ideal for volleyball, basketball, badminton, gymnastics, aerobics, indoor floorball and tennis. There is also an 80-metre running track, putting area for golfers, and table tennis.
The Sports Center swimming pool is 25 metres long, with five tracks. In addition, there is a pool for children, four saunas and one private sauna for bookings, as well as a solarium.
The ice-rink is open from September to April. There is room for 1,200 spectators and a kiosk serving coffee and other refreshments. At other times the ice-rink hall can be used as a venue for various kinds of other events. Tennis and badminton can be played in the hall during summer.
Kuusamo Bowling Hall has a fitness room, 2 squash courts, snooker table and an 8-lane bowling alley, as well as a café. |
